Who sees my response to the daily question?
Your responses are completely private and confidential between you and MyMindset's Professional Life Coaches (see MyCoaches Page). You are identified to MyMindset's Coaches by your username only. Confidentiality and privacy are the cornerstone of a Life Coaching relationship and we take this very seriously.

Are my responses private?
Your responses are private and confidential. Only MyMindset's professional, certified Life Coaches will see your responses. Please see the 'MyCoaches' Page to meet your coaches.


Why am  I not receiving my Daily MyMindset Questions via email?Check your email SPAM folder. Be sure to add oracle@mymindset.com to your address book so that your email account recognizes messages from us and doesn’t put them in JUNK mail or SPAM. If nothing is in your SPAM folder be sure to check your account and make sure you have confirmed your email and/or mobile number. Please contact support@mymindset.com for further assistance.

How do I reply to the daily questions?Simply reply via text or email (whichever method you receive your daily questions in) to the question. Your responses will be sent directly to our coaches and you should receive a reply from them within the hour (live coaching hours are 6:30am PDT-12:30pm PDT). Once you reply you will receive an inspirational quotation followed by a coach’s response.

I do not have the Premium Coaching Plan - should I still reply to the questions?Yes! When you reply we will send you an inspirational quotation. In addition, you will have access to all the questions and your responses on the ‘myJournal’ page. MyMindset coaches will occasionally respond to our basic plan clients.

How do I ‘Upgrade’ to the Premium Coaching Service?Login on the MyMindset site and upgrade from the ‘myPlan’ page or from the ‘myProfile’ page.

Why is my Email/Text not arriving at the correct time?Be sure to double check that you have specified the correct time zone and time for your text/email. You can do this by going to “myProfile” and selecting Edit Contact Information.  If there is still an issue please email us at support@mymindset.com.
You only receive the quotation after you have responded to the question. Think of it as a little ‘gift’ for answering. You will also only receive the quotation on the delivery system you used to answer the question.

You only will receive your daily quotations on the delivery system you responded from.  Ex. If you responded to the question via text you will only receive the quotation via text.
